HCL is organizing its Mega recruitment Drive 2018 for Engineering, Non-Engineering Graduates, and skilled Professionals for IT Jobs in Lucknow from 10th -12th August. There's an enormous range of latest job vacancies in HCL Technologies has declared a mega-recruitment drive in its Lucknow campus. The corporate plans to hire 1,000 young professionals from Lucknow and neighborhood areas.
The Lucknow center of HCL is the largest campus in North India. The campus has one hundred acres of land. In less than a year, HCL has employed 1,500 jobs, out of that 500th are recent graduates. The campus conjointly has a dedicated training center. The company’s Lucknow operations started in October 2016. In less than 2 years, it's created 2,500 jobs for local experienced workers. the corporate has invested with over Rs 600 crores in the development of its Lucknow campus.
HCL’s Lucknow center can primarily provide infotech services together with infrastructure management, product engineering, application development, BPO and internal enabling functions. The corporate will offer all the services from Lucknow center that it provided from its Noida campus. HCL offers services to 40 international clients from its Lucknow center.
The recruitment drive beginning on August 10 can primarily hire recent graduates in engineering and non-engineering segments. Out of the 1000 openings, 350 will be skilled professionals whereas 650 are going to be freshers. the corporate plans to place these freshers through a training program before taking them on board as full-time workers.
HCL’s training program price is Rs 2 lakh for engineers and Rs 1 lakh for non-engineers. The IT firm has tied up with banks to supply loans for training. Trainees will repay the loan in simple installments once their job gets confirmed. The corporate has the decision to hire nationwide 5,000 employees as a part of the New Vistas program. The drive is part of HCL’s New Vistas program. The program is meant to assist local talent in smaller cities to search out work opportunities. The corporate needs IT graduates to seek out work chance in their hometowns. According to HCL, this can facilitate in creating local opportunities, which can stem attrition and convey stability to the company’s operations.
The company had declared a similar drive in Noida for latest job vacancies in the 1st week of this month. HCL recruited 700 workers, out of that 520 are freshers whereas rest are skilled in engineering and non-engineering fields. These engineers can receive training at HCL’s Lucknow campus.
